Entry Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (For English Programs): 13 years of schooling/ Education Completion
  • A certificate with IELTS 6.0+ score.
  • (HSC/12 Years + 1 Years completion certificate of Undergraduate program from any UGC
  • approved University).
  • A/O Level students can apply directly with 6 papers in O level (C and D not allowed) and at
  • least 3 Papers at A-Level (C and D not allowed)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (For German Programs): B2 Level German Language Proficiency.
  • Master’s Degree: Four years’ bachelor’s Certificate with IELTS 6.0+ score and at least 3.10 CGPA out of Scale 4.0.

Required Documents for Admission & VISA (Schengen VISA)

  2. Valid passport (issued within last 5 years; minimum 12 months validity; at least two empty pages), along with two b/w copies of its data page and two recent passport size photographs (NOT physically attached to the application form & not older than six months
  3. Application fees (non-refundable)
  4. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  5. Certified /Notarized copy of your valid passport.
  6. Certified /Notarized copies of all relevant degrees, diplomas, certificates, and transcripts earned to date.
  7. Personal letter of motivation, stating your career objectives and the reasons behind your decision to apply (250 words).
  8. 2 letters of recommendation from academic or professional sources.
  9. 4 passport-size photographs along with 2 copies 35-45 mm size. Taken against a light-colored (white, off-white, etc.) background. Clear and good quality and not framed or blocked, printed on normal photographic paper. A full-face for e without sunglasses, hat or other head covering unless for cultural or religious reasons
  1. Proof of Accommodation confirmation.
  2. Proof of sufficient funds for the first year of studies (EUR 8,640/-) in a “blocked account” (Sperrkonto) with a bank in the Federal Republic of Germany. proof of this fund the student has to transfer this money by student file to the German Bank.
  3. Travel health insurance policy for 14 days (from the list of insurers approved by Schengen states or Germany)

All students have to submit all original and one set of notarized copies of the required documents. Germany has an Embassy in Bangladesh. As a result, the VISA interview has to be conducted in the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Dhaka.
